Terms & Conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to UK, CI, IoM and ROI residents only; aged 18 years and older except employees and their families of Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare (UK) Limited (the Promoter), its affiliated companies and agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. This is a non-premium prize draw and is free to enter. However participants are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the web site.
  3. There are five prizes of £100 worth of Amazon vouchers to be won. These can only be redeemed via www.amazon.co.uk - see site terms and conditions for further information. The prize is non-transferable (maximum of one prize per entrant). No cash alternative is available.
  4. In the event that there is more than one entry per person/e-mail address, all entries for that person/e-mail address will be deleted from the draw/the Promoter will discount all but one of these entries from the draw.
  5. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
  6. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any late or lost entries including those late or lost entries due to technical problems associated with this prize draw such as problems accessing the prize draw web site.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
  8. Under no circumstances shall the Promoter be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of information, commentary, advice
    9. or other content on its website or in respect of the prize draw.
  9. The winner will be randomly drawn by an independent third party and will be notified within 21 days of the closing date. The winner will be contacted by email. In the event that the selected winner does not initially respond to contact made by the Promoter, the Promoter shall make at least 3 further attempts to contact the winner. If the selected winner does not respond to contact made by the Promoter within 60 days of prize draw closing date that person's claim to the prize will be forfeited and another substitute winner will be randomly selected.
  10. The Promoter's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. The prize draw opens on 6 May 2008 and closes 30 June 2008.
  12. Entries received after the prize draw has closed will not be entered into the prize draw.
  13. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
  14. Whilst the Promoter will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of all information and printed matter concerning winning details, the Promoter cannot accept liability for any inaccuracies or changes.
  15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability caused by matters relating to this offer.
  16. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

  18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

There are five prizes to be won. Each prize is £100 worth of Amazon vouchers valid for use via www.amazon.co.uk. See the site for associated terms and conditions regarding redemption of the vouchers.

Any additional costs incurred as a result of redeeming the vouchers will be the winners own responsibility.

The prize winners agree to the following condition: There shall be no fee payable for the participation and/or contribution in any promotional work undertaken by the winner.
