Terms and Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents only; aged 18 years and older except employees and their families of Reckitt Benckiser Healthcare (UK) Limited (the Promoter), its affiliated companies and agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. This is a non-premium prize draw and is free to enter. However participants are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the web site.
3. There is one voucher for a weekend break for 2 at Champneys to be won. Arrival Saturday 11am - Departure Sunday 4pm (Also available Sunday - Monday). Luncheon on day of arrival and departure included . Timings of the weekend:
   • Arrival 11.00am
   • Champneys Massage (x 1)
   • Relaxing Facial (x 1)
   • Depart 4.00pm
   Rooms are available at 2pm and need to be vacated at 10.30am on day of departure.
4. Only one entry per email address.
5. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
6. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any late or lost entries including those late or lost entries due to technical problems associated with this prize draw such as problems accessing the prize draw web site.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
8. Under no circumstances shall the Promoter be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of information, commentary, advice or other content on its website or in respect of the prize draw.
9. The winner will be randomly drawn by an independent third party and will be notified within 21 days of the closing date. The winners will be contacted by email. In the event that the selected winner does not initially respond to contact made by the Promoter, the Promoter shall make at least 3 further attempts to contact the winner. If the selected winner does not respond to contact made by the Promoter within 60 days of prize draw closing date that person's claim to the prize will be forfeited and another substitute winner will be randomly selected.
10. The Promoter's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The prize draw opens on 22nd July 2009 and closes 30th September 2009.
12. Entries received after the prize draw has closed will not be entered into the prize draw

The prize winners agree to the following condition:

There shall be no fee payable for the participation and/or contribution in any promotional work undertaken by the winner.
